As community planners, we place exceptionally high value on your views.  We couldn't do our job without your involvement.

We received valuable ideas and input.  It will be our next task to sort through your survey responses and create a draft plan that reflects the needs and values of your community by:

1. accommodating the reality of your evolving community with good planning principles;
2. being technically feasible from an engineering, environmental, and financial perspective; and,
3. generally finding acceptance and workability to most of you while finding tolerance by those of you with more exceptional perspectives (i.e. the "no development under any circumstance" versus "develop everything ASAP" respondents).
