Permits
– Dwellings & Additions
– Access/Culvert Permits
An Access/Culvert Permit is typically required by the R.M., City, or Village in which you are building. Our office does not require confirmation that an access permit has been taken out in order to issue your building permit, however it is a required permit separate from our building permit process.
On all municipal roads this permit application is available at the respective Municipal Office or, for the City of Selkirk at the Public Works Department.
Please note that if the property is on a Provincial Highway or Road or contained within a Control Circle, permission is required from the Highway Traffic Motor Board.
