Permits – Dwellings & Additions – Plumbing Permits
Plumbing Permits for Residential Development are issued along with the Building Permit. If plumbing is to be done to a house that is already constructed (such as new drain lines or new potable water lines) a permit will be required with drawings.
Plumbing Permits for Commercial Development are issued separate from the Building/Occupancy Permits. A plumber certified in the Province of Manitoba must apply for the plumbing permit and provide drawings for review.
