Welcome to the SDPA
The Selkirk and District Planning Area (SDPA) was incorporated June 11, 1977. Our District office regulates development over an area of approximately 1,580 sq.km (680 sq.miles), serving the Rural Municipalities of St. Andrews, St. Clements, West St. Paul, the City of Selkirk and the Village of Dunnottar.
